The process

No mystery. No maze. Prove → Build → Evolve.

Most AI engagements start with a contract and end with an excuse. Ours starts with proof and ends with you owning the system. Here's every step, in order, with nothing hidden.

Phase 01

Prove. Before you pay to implement.

The breakthrough session isn't a sales call with a diagnosis costume on. We do the research before we meet, run the session on your actual bottleneck, and show you the system working on your business.

Before the call

We do the homework

We research your business, your market, and your public footprint. Your tech stack says more than you think. You get our findings whether or not you go further.

On the call

We find the real bottleneck

Not the loud problem. The one underneath it. We map your signals: where time leaks, where leads die, where follow-up depends on your memory.

After the call

You see working proof

A recommended path with the automations matched to your gaps, and proof of the system running against your business. Then you decide. No countdown timers.

If your foundation isn't ready for AI, we'll tell you first. Talking ourselves out of a deal is part of the deal.

Phase 02

Build. Foundation first, then the system.

Everyone sells the car. Nobody talks about the road. We build the road first: clean data, documented context, a business knowledge base. Then the system on top of it actually holds.

Weeks 1–2

Foundation and knowledge base

Your vision, values, offers, customers, and processes documented into a deep business knowledge base. This is the context layer every agent and automation draws from. Skip this step and you get confident garbage at scale. We don't skip it.

Weeks 2–4

Ahvance OS install

The platform goes live on your business: AI executive suite, priorities and OKRs, org chart with people and agents, workflow engine, and the automations matched to your gaps during Prove. Your commerce channels and existing tools get connected, not replaced.

Weeks 4–6

Agents hired like employees

Every agent gets a job description, training on your knowledge base, KPIs, and a human manager. A human gate approves anything that touches a customer. Nothing ships on autopilot until you trust it, and even then, you choose where the gates stay.

Weeks 6–8

Handover and training

Documentation is a deliverable, not a favor. Your team gets trained in plain language, the docs get handed over, and the system becomes yours. Fixed fee, agreed before we start. No retainer required to begin, ever.

Phase 03

Evolve. Optional, and by the work.

After handover you can run it yourself. Many owners do. If you want momentum with company, this is where the humans stay in the picture.

Monthly

Operator sessions

A monthly working session with operators who have scaled businesses. Priorities reviewed, off-tracks recovered, next quarter planned. Prework and follow-up included, not extra.

Together

The cohort

Owners at your stage, moving in lockstep. Wins shared, sticking points solved in the room. Transformation doesn't happen in isolation, and neither does accountability.

By the job

New builds as you grow

New channel, new workflow, new automation. Scoped and priced as work, never as a subscription you forget to cancel. The platform stays month to month with a pro-rated refund.

The agreement

The promises that remove the fear.

You've been burned before, so the terms carry the weight. These aren't marketing lines. They're how the agreements are written.

  • You don't pay to implement until you've seen it work. Proof comes first. Always.
  • Builds are fixed-fee. Agreed before we start. No retainer to start, no meter running.
  • The platform is month to month. Cancel anytime, pro-rated refund down to the day.
  • You own the system and the knowledge base. Docs, training, and access are deliverables. No data tollbooth.
  • A human gate on everything shipped. AI executes. People approve. In that order.

Step one costs you a conversation.

Bring your bottleneck. Leave with a diagnosis, a path, and proof. Whether you build with us or not, you'll know more about your business than you did this morning.
